Lesson

Today we have focused on producing design ideas for our advert. We have a few ideas in mind which we have drawn up, will we post these pictures at a later day. One of the ideas we have done is having the red balloon in the background, by having the red balloon in the background it links to the artist straight away and the audience can associate it to 'Elliot Guy'. Over the section of the balloon we would have four blocks that look like they would be individual photos, however, our idea is to chop the album cover image into these four squares. This idea we got from one of the adverts we have researched, Mumford and Sons which i am currently analysing to post on here. We all liked the idea because it was different compared to the other adverts we had looked at and by putting our own style towards it, we would make it look unique. We also designed another idea which was a bit more simple, we wanted to have the balloon a main focus and we think having the name of the album as the string of the balloon as this would again be unique. Once we have a good amount of design ideas we can finally begin to make our advert.
