Noah and the Whale Advert
Again when looking at different artist's advert's i have noticed that they use the main image of their album cover as the back ground usually because it is advertising the album so this makes it more reconisable when the audience see the album the advert is advertising. Noah and the Whale's advert is simple but effective, the white plain background with the image at the bottom makes the writing stand out on the page, the placement of the text is in the centre and my eyes are drawn to it straight away especially the bands name which is centre of the image. The writing is sophisiticated and matches the whole theme of the advert and mostly the font is the same apart from the band's name because they have already got a font that is associated with them. The band have placed the album reviews at the top of the page and have made the black stars stand out which shows that the album has a good review hopefully making the audience have more interest in the album because of the successful reviews. The release date and other information is smaller than the rest of the text on the page this makes you as an audience take more notice in the advert because you want to read the information they are giving you. The image is of the band and the main focus is the main band member who is placed at the front of the image, whereas, the rest of the members are slightly blurred out and in the background.
