Mumford and Sons Advert

 We have looked at several music adverts to help us when we are creating our own magazine advert for our artist, we wanted to get some influence on how they make their posters indivadual as a band. On this advert the title of the album and the band name is clear and stands out at the top of the advert which draws in the audience's eye, it is eye catching and the font is reconisable as its the font they use on all their albums/singles.We want to do this with our artist as we think keeping the same font that is used on the album will make the artist more reconisable. This advert is quite simple with them without much writing, this is usual for magazine adverts showing reviews of the album. The image on the left hand side of the poster is their icon which is reconisable to the audience as they use it a lot for their tours and album work, this makes it reconisable to the audience. The image of the band is at the bottom of the advert, the outfits they are wearing are similar to the colours used throughout the rest of the advert so it all links together and doesn't look messy, making them look quite simple and not over the top which can represent their music.
